Spiritual Practice Support

spiritual practice support, image of butterflySpiritual growth, whether it includes a daily meditation practice, attending religious services, or simply awareness that we are deeper and more complex beings than we think, is an important refuge from the complexities of our life.

The practices that support spiritual development can be undermined by psychological issues such as unresolved childhood trauma or societal and family patterns of relating.

By becoming aware of and working on emotional and behavioral challenges, presence and clear thinking are experienced, spiritual practice is enhanced, and life is lived in a more fluid and flexible way.

My years of training and breadth of experience in the field of spiritual development include over 20 years studying the human condition from many different perspectives including meditation practices, spiritual teachings, neuroscience, and somatic psychology. As a psychologist and truth seeker I bring a unique combination of interpersonal and transpersonal skills to meet my clients where they are.
