About Dr. Claire de Andrade: Bio
I am a licensed Psychologist and have provided psychotherapy and consultation in the Bay Area since 2002. I received masters and doctorate degrees from the Wright Institute in Berkeley,CA.
Psychotherapy is not my first career. I worked in the corporate world from 1976-1988 and as a massage therapy from 1989 to 1996, prior to embarking on training as a psychologist. My training years included internships at the SF Jung Institute and UCSF/San Francisco General Infant-Parent Program, as well as agencies throughout the Bay Area providing services to people in need. I have travelled extensively around the world studying different cultures which has enhanced my understanding of humanity. My journey as a wife, mother, and meditator have contributed to my professional development as well.
